(You can't simply nullify and ignore an attack, AoD. That's powergaming and is a violation of the rules. That's why your post was deleted. Not to mention, continuing the behavior after receiving such a response would only incur greater wrath and by deciding that you did it throughout and got tired of waiting denies others a chance to reply, not that it had taken that long, anyway. It's been a handful of moments, not hours. Please revise your post in its entirety.) ((I'm honestly glad you sent me a PM about this so I wouldn't repeat it. Oh!, you didn't. Seriously, tell me next time before I do it again, believing that it was a mistake by the computers, server, or etc. As for powergamming, I dun see the sort. Do you really believe my characters would step willingly into a new world that is in danger without some sort of general protection? Besides, was it not just wind? Even if razor sharp, Olron is almost alway protected by magic and Zionix's armor wouldn't even be scratched. As for the time problem (kinda confused about it), I just said that they continued their actions that I had posted in the first post and that after they finished it and the stuff I placed in the second one, Zionix would ask if they could get going and started. Master Zero pulled his saber and attacked, had time to argue and is still talking to him, and time to drop the man and replace his sword, but my characters don't have enough time to say a sentence and Zionix to touch her glasses? Though I bet you still want a rewriting:)) --------------- The razor wind collided with an invisible barrier that was present before Zionix and Olron. Knowing that the planet needed help, olron and Zionix was unsure of whether it was a trap or if the enemy might have already overran the facility in which they were being transported to. So for just mesures, Olron sheilded the two in a barrier that would displace any attack on the opposite side of the barrier. It lasted about five to ten minutes. Thus it would give them enough time to access the situation and see if they needed anything else. The barrier shimmered brightly and then faded back to being invisible, the attack was launched into the open portal. Olron, not liking being attacked and seeing that maybe this was an enemy, raised his stick and pointed at Master Zero. "Firo!" He spoke softly and a small ball of fire shot forward for Master Zero. Zionix went for what looked like a small metal cup that was in her pocket. She would ready her scythe for a possible upcoming battle. (IF we are to go ahead and fight does this mean that all the actions of Master Zero and Carlos didn't happen? Seems like more trouble than it is really worth.)

(Yeah, I suppose it's just wind. In the same manner a sonic boom is just a fart. And my issue was that your characters had time to get bored, as if it's somehow taking forever for things to occur After your autoing, all he did was drop the man, sheath his sword and get glomped.)
(And I did send you a PM.)

*Unrelated Non-Story Driven Text from the Strategist*
The story hasn't truly started yet, and it seems we have trouble. Can you keep the combat under control until your characters are sent planetside? There will be plenty of fighting for everyone, although that won't be the smartest idea in most cases, as there are many characters exclusive to this story which may give you a hard time. Ninmast: I appreciate your help in keeping things under control. I am not here to question the rules, but I think it would be acceptable for me to bend the rules or even go against them for the sake of moving things forward story-wise if a stalemate occurs and other alternatives fail to advance the story, and to avoid the total annihilation of any faction prematurely.
The choices of the role-players will significantly affect the story, but I am sure you understand that I do not intend to let any powerful characters run it on my behalf.
Back on Space Command, I propose that Zionix takes the blow, and that the conversation between Master Zero and the Strategist concluded as posted. Enough chat. Back to the story.
*Star's Briefing Room*
"When you're ready," said Carlos, "Step through the door, and you will be instantly transported at the outskirts of the Chosen Ones' capital city."

"Hrm. I see." He waqs concerned for a second, but assesing the threat as very small, returned to his jovial state. "I doubt he'll be much of a problem, but thanks for the warning. I'll try to deal with him as gently as possible. A struggle may keep me from the queen."

(I agree with your assessment, Strategist. I propose we continue. I'm eager to get MZ planetside. I'm waiting on GB, though.)
*Star*
The girl blinked. "That's it? Easy enough." She gave Cassandra a wave. "See you planetside!" With that, she turned for the exit and stepped through.

(My post responding to the message was at 8:18pm (by the board times) yesterday, and yours 10:27PM, you mentioned you did send me a PM. I just see it now, sent at 10:32 p.m yesterday. Yeah I see how I was susposed to get that in time.
I'll let Zionix take the hit. Thought I'm curious as to how Master Zero had enough time to whip out an attack, then turn to Carlos snatch him up and then speak, let carlos speak his little paragraph, drop him and then deactivate his blade and speak some more and I can't allow my characters to turn on a video camera and quickly scan the room and Olron to babble on about Stargate. Yeah they got a little bored fast, but seriously, they've seen a bunch of fights and weren't brought here to watch two officers fight over something that they could care less about. They were getting tired of the two fighting and no one was handling their job by pointing them to where they were susposed to go or what they were there for, or anything.) ----------------------------------------
The blast hit Zionix squarly in the chest and sent a ripple through her illusion spell. Purple hair, a taller, if only by an inch or two, build, and a strange white cloth armor flashed quickly and was replaced with the illusion that was present before the hit. Zionix was forced back two steps, caught off gaurd by the attack and was halfway back through the portal when she regained her balance. Olron now stood in front of her his stick pointed at Master Zero. A Few clinks of metal and then a hum similiar to Master Zero's blade could be heard from behind Olron as Zionix unlocked her weapon.
"If I were you, I would refrain from attacking again, lest you want to walk with the spirits." Olron threatned, the words to thousands of spells wetting his lips and tingling his body as magic began to build up inside of him. He was ready for a fight.
Zionix snickered, walking out from behind olron, causing him to look a little confused and embarrased. She brushed her hair back into place with her free left hand, the other holding a metalic scythe with a plasma-like blade at the end.
"Your going to have to hit harder than that to welcome me more properly." She scoffed. She had undergown a few changes since her Universe hopping days, and it seemed that she was a little more ready to battle than of past times.

(The PM I believe you were referring to was a different one, a second one I sent you after those posts to bring that part of the discussion away from the thread. I sent you one before that about the deleted post. If you didn't get it, then, and I know this will seem a shock, it's not actually my fault.)
Master Zero looked over at them from where he was holding the psychic still, unimpressed. "If I had been swinging to kill, Carbon, you would be dead. I only wanted you to shut up. Apparently, however, you are denser than I gave you credit for. A mistake I regularly make, believing metacarbons who would endanger their own people to have enough brains to know when to shut their mouths. Perhaps one day, I'll learn my lesson and realize that you're all simply hopelessly moronic."
He let Karen drop as he turned away, heading for a far wall before pausing to speak over his shoulder to the one who called himself the Strategist. "I'll go start your fight, but you'll have to settle for using it as an excuse and coming up with your own answers from there. I will not deliberately see the Master's work corrupted." Without waiting for a response, he disappeared in a flash of black energy, having teleported out of the base.

*Star/Cassandra's Briefing Room*
Carlos turned to face Cassandra, "Now, let's see what your mission is."
*Toriji's Briefing Room*
"Indeed, it may. You need to be very careful out there. That is all I have to say. Please step out the door when you are ready, and you will be transported planetside."
*Portal Room*
Maya turned to look at the Strategist, and breathed in relief. A person with keen senses could feel a change in the air as Maya stopped trying to conceal her powers, "Sir, if you had let me put him in his place," she said.
"It is not the right time nor the right place. Keep your powers to yourself for now. I already have a plan to deal with him if he fails to behave himself." the Strategist replied coolly, yet his eyes were on fire. "Now, the rest of you, please accept my apology for this scene. It was uncalled for. Zionix, Orlon, please enter one of the rooms on the far left and you will be told of your mission. What you saw here should never leave this room."
*Chosen Capital City*
At the outskirts of the city, in an abandoned mansion, the outline of a female human form appeared, then solidified. A band of Chosen children who had found a way into the mansion to play wasted no time to get behind cover, and into hiding spaces. They all watched from different places, curious as to what would happen next.
*Magic Coastal City*
Master Zero appeared with a spark of energy in a back alley behind a pub across the street from the docks. In quick seconds a stream of magic from within the pub materialized into a young, blond man before him. "Who are you?" he asked curiously. "Your magic is strange. Nobody here's felt your kind of energy. Are you one of the Corrupted?"

*Abandoned Mansion*
The pink-haired teenager glanced about calmly. Children. Even though they hid, she could sense each of them. She counted them out before kneeling down. "It's okay," she reassured softly. "I'm not here to harm you."
*Magic Coastal City*
(Just for a notice, nobody anywhere would feel any kind of energy from Master Zero generally.)
"Who I am is unimportant," the Purifier answered as he stepped out of the shadows, the light falling on his black armor and pale blonde hair. "You only need to know that an attack from the Global Forces will soon be attacking from the sea. What you do with that information is your own business."

*Abandoned Mansion*
One child popped his head from an open doorway, his eyes still cautious and wary of the newcomer. "Who're you?"
*Magic Coastal City*
The young man's eyes showed his anger. "Do you take me for a fool? You have any idea what happened when our forces and weapons crossed. They're smarter than that. They don't want to make those freaks stronger than they already are."
An old, rugged man in a wizard robe appeared from the pub's back door. "Alan, who's this? Why'd you disappear so suddenly?" he addressed the young man, but his eyes were fixed on Master Zero.

*Abandoned Mansion*
"My name's Star," the girl answered with a warm smile. "What's yours?"
*Magic Coastal City*
The Edenite ignored the old man, as well as the anger in the eyes of the young man. He simply walked on out of the alley, right past them. "Like I said, what you do with the information is your own business. I could care less. But maybe when their cannons open fire, you'll recall that I gave you fair warning."

*Abandoned Mansion*
"I'm Leon." the child said. "Where are you from?"
*Magic Coastal City*
The young man watched Master Zero go, then turned to the old man. "I think someone has to know, someone's here to cause trouble."
"Yes, indeed." said the old man. "Go tell the City Council. I sense truth in what he says, and if it comes down to a fight, we need to be prepared if we don't want the city to be completely destroyed."
"Yes, Master." the young man bowed and walked out of the alley.
The old man looked after him until he was out of sight, then at the sky.

*Abandoned Mansion*
"Iowa," the girl answered cheerfully.
*Magic Coastal City*
Once he was out of sight, Master Zero teleported again, this time out to the ships, themselves, appearing on the largest one. With one motion, the Zeta Saber came to life again. Now, it was time to make sure his prediction came true, if he had to commandeer the whole ship to do it.

"Where's that?" Leon asked, grimacing.
*Battleship*
"Intruder!" shouted a nearby soldier, pulling out a weapon. Another soldier within earshot ran to activate the alarm. The soldier closest to Master Zero opened fire when he noticed the sword.

*Abandoned Mansion*
"A long ways away," the girl answered honestly. Another dimension, probably. She wasn't sure if there was a counterpart to her home state on this version of Earth, but she was fairly certain it had long since been overwritten. "Where are you from?"
*Battleship*
The bullets ricocheted harmlessly off of the Edenite's black armor as he walked toward the soldier. "Stupid Carbon," he muttered before backhanding the soldier away with so much force that the body - for the neck would have snapped on impact from the sheer force - went shooting off over the far side of the ship to crash into the sea beyond. He paid the alarm no heed, simply proceeding further until something else might get in his way. His goal was the ship's main cannon, which he would then fire at the coastal city.
